Therapeutic Services

Georgina primarily uses interventions from the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) frameworks. She also employs principles from Interpersonal Neurobiology in addition to having an in-depth understanding of early development and attachment needs. All interventions are trauma-informed.

Most importantly, at the forefront of Georgina's work is appreciating and honouring the essence that we are all human beings that can't be reduced to anything less of all that we are.

Your Psychologist

Georgina is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds an AHPRA Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She is also a Board Approved Supervisor.
